Lucky for me, I bought this Camry weighing scale a few months back.

Since I was going to have 3 different dishes, the usual 1 serving size was divided by 3.

Waited for the water to boil before

putting the spaghetti in.

I was actually surprised to find fresh rosemary in Tesco.

Scallions, salt and pepper.

Oregano, garlic, basil and fresh rosemary.

Toss the stuff together and you got yourself a bowl of shrimp marinade.

Accidentally sliced my finger while chopping

tomatoes. The skin of the tomato is damn slippery. (Lesson learned. Chop from inside out towards the end when there’s only a bit left.)

Left everything at the table ready for cooking while I went to gym.
