09.11 am – Butter kaya bread and
a bowl of hokkien mee for breakfast.
And soft boiled eggs too. Damn. Breakfast was so filling.
01.22 pm – Lunch.
05.03 pm – Ate a red apple for afternoon break.
06.30 pm – Power Training @ Zero Fitness.
08.44 pm – Went to e-Gate’s Subway for a sub of the day, whatever it was.
Turkey breast & ham it is.
