Used 1 of granny’s 3 sambal belacan.

I realized that you’re actually supposed to heat up the sambal belacan to bring out the aroma.

This is the major difference between v2 from v1.

11.41 am – Woke up and straight away went to iMumMum Restaurant for lunch.

12.15 pm – Dropped by Tai Beng Auto Supply to get

a can of flat out tire inflater.

12.28 pm – Dropped by Demeter’s to get the ingredients for Vivian’s cake project.

03.31 pm – Made my own sambal belacan today.

04.34 pm – Blended all the stuff and it came out to about a cup.

Had it with fried bihun.

Bee ko moey.

05.01 pm – Separated the empty from the good sunflower seeds.

08.53 pm – Started with green tea v1b.

09.11 pm – Papayas.

11.50 pm – Hung out in Zenzibar for about 10 minutes before shifting over to

MOIS.
