Woke up to a very good morning. Yeah. Christmas is here.
08.29 am – Went to 9B Jalan Delima for
super awesomely delicious curry mee.
08.52 am – Showered this fella.
02.15 pm – Started making lunch.
Softening up the spaghetti in water.
Sweet Hungarian paprika. (And I thought paprika was from India?)
Peeled cabbages into bite size.
Cucumber to be cut.
Butter and olive oil.
Liquid heavy cream.
Paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper an salt.
The soft and bendable spaghetti.
While the cabbage and spaghetti was being boiled,
the onions and scallions were chopped up.
Started sauteing the scallions and onions.
After about 3 minutes the spices were thrown in.
How it looked like 1 minute later.
Poured in the heavy cream.
After about 1 minute of stirring.
Ta da! Lunch.
06.44 pm – Received my Christmas gift from Vivian.

08.59 pm – Passions of Kerala for dinner.
Awesome banana leaf rice. One of 2 places in Penang I’d recommend for banana leaf.
Deep fried bittergourd.

10.24 pm – Party time!
02.56 am – After party bar.
03.41 am – Wanted to eat supper at Nasi Beratur and Raffe but turns out they were out of food.
Went over to trusty McDonald’s instead.
Bought home a box of Fillet o Fish.
