11.24 am – Breakfast.

11.42 am – Started preparing lunch.

Vivian cut up aluminum foil

and wrapped the oven grills

before preheating it.

Double the serving of spaghetti.

Took out yesterday’s marinated meat and lay it out on the grill.

Chopped up what needed to be chopped up.

Boiled the carrots, broccoli and

cabbages.

Ta da!

Lunch for 2.

02.01 pm – Vivian started wrapping the presents for FlyFM’s Pagi Show Christmas Tree.

03.48 pm – Went to Golden Auto Accessories to

change the old China brand cacat audio head unit into a better one.

The Pioneer DEH-P4550 audio head unit. I damn love the sound quality, especially the bass!

06.13 pm – Went to Tesco and did some

basic grocerying.

06.35 pm – Went to Restoran Deen of Jelutong for the first time.

Ate the ‘nasi kandar yang terkenal di pulau pinang’. Scores a B from me. Dipping fried chicken in curry is not cool.

08.21 pm – Went to Dewan Sri Pinang for Penang First Assembly of God’s annual christmas play entitles ‘Only You’.

10.43 pm – The party continues.

01.58 am – Had supper at Ghee Seng Tom Yam.

Had yummy fried curly noodles tom yam and

sinfully delicious roasted pork in soy sauce. A+.

09.04 am – Had breakfast.

12.56 pm – Started preparing the oven for grilling.

The grills.

Covered it with aluminum foil to reduce washing.

Took out the cold 12 hour nicely marinated chicken and mutton from the fridge.

Looks good.

Lay them out on the grill nicely.

Put it into the oven and

let it roast at 150°C for 10 minutes. (which I think is too long.)

Began cooking the leftover marinade.

Lesson learned previously.

Smells good~

Started preparing the vegetables and

toasts.

Used the cooked marinade as

toast spread.

Raw vegetable, sliced.

Layer 1, lettuce.

Layer 2, cucumber.

Layer 3, red bell pepper.

By the time I was at layer 3, the meat was already done.

Placed all of it over the base.

Onions to top it off. ~fuh~ Damn tasty!

06.19 pm – Went to Ferringhi Garden for the first time.

A damn posh area for bluffing girls fine dining.

You gotta be prepared for a budget of less than RM100 per person.

I actually ordered prawns with mutton but decided not to ask for a change as the waiters were already having a tough time recognizing the dishes everyone ordered.

12.30 am – The party continues in Soi 11 and Zenzibar. Received the invite for Zenzibar’s 1 Year anniversary from Sam.

02.22 am – Ate Nasi Kandar Beratur for supper.

The Tuesday I Made Mutton Burger

09.25 am – Breakfast.

12.45 pm – Lunch.

Bought 25 square feet of aluminium foil.

02.36 pm – Started making the GOTLOSP marinade.

Took out the lamb shoulder from the freezer.

Detached the top from the bottom.

Deboned the lamb shoulder. (Note to self. Next time remove the fat as well.)

Took out the ingredients.

Had it prepared.

Mixed it in with the lamb.

04.48 pm – Afternoon break.

06.30 pm – Power Training @ Zero Fitness.

07.40 pm – Fresh milk post workout.

Mutton marinade, ready.

Took out the oven grill.

Covered each grill with aluminium so that I have less washing to do.

Slid it into the oven and

preheated it for 5 minutes.

Took out the bun and sliced it in half.

Oven ready. Shoved in the lamb shoulder and

roasted it for 5 minutes.

Tomatoes and cabbage.

08.31 pm – Mutton burger ready and

good to go!
