12.57 pm – Woke up and went to Norman’s for lunch.

Awesome nasi Melayu.

03.41 pm – Dropped by Noble Villa for

Eunice Lee’s 1 month old event.

06.08 pm – Went to Sunshine Square Bayan Baru for some grocerying.

07.27 pm – Teluk Tempoyak for ikan bakar.

Ordered grilled blood cockles and

fried calamari from

Gerai DRN while

the fresh fishes were from

Adnan bin Hassan.

09.40 pm – Dessert at home.

11.36 pm – Zenzibar.

02.29 pm – Drank a small bottle of Hang Virgin before going to bed.

The Saturday I Learned Of Plucking Eyebrows Using A Thread Of String


11.00 am – Had breakfast.

11.30 am – Went over to this house in

Birch Lane for an eyebrow plucking session using nothing but

a single thread which acts like a tweezer. Cost? RM6. Reasonably priced + efficient.

Kalpana the plucker has been plucking for over 20 years already.

So pro. So fast.

12.00 pm – Went over to Larut Cafe’s delicious

Norman Nasi Melayu.

Spoilt for choices.


02.30 pm – Went over to Queensbay to pay for the tickets to Quantum of Solace.

Packed. Long lines. Took about 10-15 minutes.

Emptied my usus several times. 4 I think.

04.45 pm – Watched Quantum of Solace. I liked it. Action packed!

07.00 pm – Went over to Lintang Sungai Ara Enam’s

Cherry Blossom. And I just learned that they own Bukit Genting’s Thai Restaurant too.

We had kangkung fried Thai style,

tom yam prawns,

green curry chicken and the best of all,

Tap Tim Krop.

The very, very mouth watering Thai dessert that consists of water chestnut and jackfruit.

11.00 pm – Filled up PCJ with some Synergy F-1.

11.30 pm – Did a little reading.
