Tuna sandwich ingredients.

Boiled an egg.

05.25 pm – Sliced up half a tomato.

Cleaned the cabbages.

Took out the cheese.

Let it sit in the fridge.

Celery,

chopped up.

Onion.

Used about half.

Chopped up.

Mixed it together with some soy sauce.

Poured out the remaining chunks of tuna in olive oil.

Stirred well.

Replaced the spring onion with celery.

06.01 pm – Found the youngest female betta picta fighting fish dead.

06.30 pm – Power Training @ ZeroFitness.

07.50 pm – Post workout drink.

08.03 pm – Toasted bread.

The final ingredients waiting to be combined.

Healthy tuna sandwich for dinner.

10.55 pm – Started preparing the meat marinade for tomorrow’s lunch.

Took out the garlic for chopping.

Minced.

Lemons.

Olive oil.

Soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar added.

Basil + thyme added.

Last but not least, minced garlic.

Took out the chicken breast and lamb shoulder for

skinning and deboning.

Sliced nicely.

Took out a piece of Reynold’s resealable bag.

Put the meat inside.

Mixed it well with the marinade before

letting it sit in the fridge overnight.

12.47 am – Nip Tuck s06e09.

The Monday I Ate Dinner and Supper Within 3 Hours

09.00 am – Woke up. Showered. Shaved.

This is how I saved time this morning. While the eggs boil,

me sliced off a piece of lemon

into 1/16 to make

pure lemonade.

Next, I took out the half papaya and sliced it into rings.

By now, the eggs were already done. So I scooped them up using a penapis and let it cool

in normal temperatured filtered tap water.

A few minutes later.

And there you have it, breakfast.

10.30 am – Updated famouschris.

11.00 am – Watched the trailer for The Coffin.

12.00 pm – Lunch.

03.00 pm – Took a short break for a cup of mango yoghurt.

06.00 pm – Went hiking with buddies. Shawn was late so Daryl and I started our journey first.

At 1.4km is where the 46 rest hut is located. I have no idea why they call it 46. 46 meters above sea level, maybe.

At 2.5km you have 84 rest hut where biscuits, coffee and tea is served and the funds are donation based.

Lucky for us, we managed to catch the blue truck that usually brings down rubbish from Penang Hill.

We stopped by 46 rest hut on the way down to feed the monkeys.

07.00 pm – And then this fella came at 7pm. Daryl and I waited for him to run a couple of rounds in botanical gardens before heading over to Goodall Cafe for dinner.

07.30 pm – Tried Goodall’s char koay kak and

Japanese pizza for the first time. Both were okay okay nia.

09.00 pm – It was time. I only realized when I saw several cockroaches running around.

Tore up the new ones and replaced each expired cockroach poison.

09.30 pm – Visited Nasrudin who lived at the 27th floor of Green Lane Park. The lift that caters to 2 floors. It’s a pretty high density place.

Took his CPU back for repairing.

11.30 pm – How the long line looked like when Jason and I arrived.

Had my favourite beef, cabbage

and fish curry. (it should actually be called ‘soup’ cause it’s so nice, it’s drinkable)
