09.00 am – Took the eggs out from the fridge. (Keeping eggs refrigerated prolongs its freshness)

As the eggs are cold, it’s good to put them into warm, not hot, water. For me, I turn on the fire at full force for about 20 seconds before turning it off.

Warm = Feels warm and I can still afford to stick my fingers in.

Took a crap and showered for about 30 minutes before returning to take the eggs out of the pot.

Put it somewhere while

bringing the water to a boil.

As soon as it boils, shut off the fire.

Stick the eggs in the pot uncovered for 7 minutes.

In 7 minutes, I could do other stuff like make lemonade,

toast a few slices of bread and

make some hot milk oats.

At the 7th minute, take out the eggs and put them in tap water temperature water for 1 minute so that you can hold it and crack it open more efficiently.

Pour in some kikkoman soy sauce and white pepper and

~viola~ soft boiled eggs.

~ah I love breakfast.

12.30 pm – Took a walk down to Kedai Kopi Genting for

a packet of economy rice for lunch.

06.30 pm – Went for a jog around Island Glades’s housing area.

07.00 pm – Checked out the new WordPress 2.7. Will wait awhile before upgrading as there are usually unsquished bugs on launch.

08.30 pm – Had fried chicken,

tofu,

stir fried bean sprouts,

curry fish and

fried fish for

dinner.

12.00 am – zzzZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
