The Thursday I Made Tuna Sandwich

which is actually black tea.

09.11 am – Breakfast.

sucking the crap in the fighting fish bowls

without disturbing the bubble nests.

Tuna sandwich ingredients.

Boiled an egg.

Cleaned the cabbages.

Took out the cheese.

Let it sit in the fridge.

Celery,

chopped up.

Chopped up.

Mixed it together with some soy sauce.

Poured out the remaining chunks of tuna in olive oil.

Stirred well.

Replaced the spring onion with celery.

Took out the garlic for chopping.

Minced.

Lemons.

Olive oil.

Soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar added.

Basil + thyme added.

Last but not least, minced garlic.

Took out the chicken breast and lamb shoulder for

skinning and deboning.

Sliced nicely.

Took out a piece of Reynold’s resealable bag.

Put the meat inside.

Mixed it well with the marinade before

letting it sit in the fridge overnight.
