09.25 am – Breakfast.
12.45 pm – Lunch.
Bought 25 square feet of aluminium foil.
02.36 pm – Started making the GOTLOSP marinade.
Took out the lamb shoulder from the freezer.
Detached the top from the bottom.
Deboned the lamb shoulder. (Note to self. Next time remove the fat as well.)
Took out the ingredients.
Had it prepared.
Mixed it in with the lamb.
04.48 pm – Afternoon break.
06.30 pm – Power Training @ Zero Fitness.
07.40 pm – Fresh milk post workout.
Mutton marinade, ready.
Took out the oven grill.
Covered each grill with aluminium so that I have less washing to do.
Slid it into the oven and
preheated it for 5 minutes.
Took out the bun and sliced it in half.
Oven ready. Shoved in the lamb shoulder and
roasted it for 5 minutes.
Tomatoes and cabbage.
08.31 pm – Mutton burger ready and
good to go!
