Mixed it together with some soy sauce.
Poured out the remaining chunks of tuna in olive oil.

Replaced the spring onion with celery.

10.55 pm – Started preparing the meat marinade for tomorrow’s lunch.
Took out the garlic for chopping.
Minced.
Lemons.
Olive oil.
Soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar added.
Basil + thyme added.
Last but not least, minced garlic.
Took out the chicken breast and lamb shoulder for
skinning and deboning.
Sliced nicely.
Took out a piece of Reynold’s resealable bag.
Put the meat inside.
Mixed it well with the marinade before
letting it sit in the fridge overnight.
