06.30 pm – Went for a jog around Bukti Gelugor. Passed through
Lengkok Bawah,
Jalan Khemah,
Lengkok Atas,
Jalan Pekeliling and
the Gelugor mini roundabout before heading back home.
07.30 pm – Mum-made fettucine and
a bowl of bolognese for
dinner.
