10.49 pm – Took Vivian to Vashnavee Beauty Parlour in Queen Street to
get her eyebrows threaded.
Pick a pattern.
Not exactly pleasurable.
11.19 am – Dropped by Jelutong market’s coconut stall
to buy 200g of coconut milk.
11.37 pm – Peng Yang chicken rice for lunch.
Awesome chicken.
Kiam chai boey.
Chicken rice chilli.
Lunch.

04.55 pm – Prepared the ingredients before making kaya.
Half a bowl of sugar.
1 bowl of eggs.
1 bowl of santan.
1 pandan leaf.
Boiled the base of the double boiling pot with water while
beating the ingredients.
The bubbly mixture.
After the water boils,
the top of the double boiler is
put in.
The kaya mixture is poured in and the heat is lowered to low. Stirred for about half an hour and
got this.
Makes up to about 2 small jars.
05.51 pm – Sent my comforter to Batu Lanchang’s Dobi Damai.
2hr laundry is a service you must pay extra so I chose the normal service.
The receipt for collection 3 days later.
07.02 pm – Ate minced pork with tofu,
stir fried jicama,
stir fried vegetables and
soy sauce chicken
for dinner.
10.52 pm – Lepak in QEII.
03.28 pm – Went for midnight tim sum in Restoran Fun Tea Garden.
