Vivian ordered the Shichimi Teriyaki Don or Spicy Teriyaki Chicken with Rice.

We added RM2 to convert the alacarte to a set to include a cup of hot/cold green tea and salad.

No.29 is meant for spicy lovers.

5 minutes later, the salad came.

Ladies and gentlemen, this is THE MOST DELICIOUS STEW PORK RAMEN I HAVE EVER EATEN IN MY ENTIRE 27 YEARS OF LIFE!!!!!!!

Vivian’s spicy teriyaki chicken was nice too but after tasting the super stew pork ramen, hers became pale in comparison.

After that I took a walk around Queensbay while Vivian went shopping, and spotted an array of beauties walking around the mall turning heads everywhere.

All in tight shorts and revealing spaghetti straps ^.^

The front is covered with pots of plants so you can’t see the tables and chairs to know it’s a restaurant, the word ‘cafe’ is so small, but you will definitely find Amelie Cafe if you can find the entrance of Cheah Kongsi.

Decorations are from old items used back in the days like the chicken bowl, an old clock, kerosene lamp, etc.

The ceiling by the entrance is just pot filled.

If I am right, there are only 4 tables and Amelie Cafe can only seat 10 customers at once.

It took John and I some time before we made a decision.

I had the super delicious sweet basil pesto pasta for RM16.

John’s RM14.90 pork bacon risotto.

Yes, it’s delicious but we left Amelie somewhat unsatisfied as the serving sizes were so small.

There are less than 10 tables in this restaurant, so I can imagine the shortage of seats during lunch hour on a normal weekday.

So Vinny picked fried while I had soup.

And we also ordered 10 special dumplings.

The kitchen outside is covered by transparent glass and

customers can check out their meals being made.

Vinny’s fried noodles came and the portion was HUGE.

So was my ramen soup!

When the dumplings came, we felt greedy as we had quite a lot to stuff into our stomachs.

The chilli was good.

So was the raw garlic.

Combining both just made it better.
