08.25 am – Had apples,
a cup of milk and
soft boiled eggs for breakfast.
09.32 am – Was already at Firefly’s check in counter.
The boarding pass.
Firefly’s ATR 72-500.
10.20 am – Bye Penang! See you in 4 days.
Muffin and
apple juice served onboard.
Nice.
11.02 am – Landed in
Subang’s Skypark Terminal aka
Lapangan Terbang Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah.
12.28 pm – Got picked up by Kar Fei the jobless backpacker and headed for KL’s famous chili pan mee restaurant.
We went to Batu Road’s branch, one of four around KL.
The simple menu.
The awesome crazy hot chili flakes. 2 teaspoonful was more than enough for me.
Super kitchen’s chili pan mee.
The small bowl of soup that came with it.
01.16 pm – Next stop, Ikea. (Ikea did say that they will open 2 more branches in Penang and Johor 2 years ago, but until now, it still has not become a reality. Proof lies here.)
Cool stuff. Expensive, though.
Bought 3 interesting items.
03.06 pm – Next, we walked over to e@Curve to check out what’s on offer at The Library for New Year’s Eve.
Everybody, say hi to my buddy Kar Fei.
04.25 pm – Reached Kar Fei’s house.
The damn small tv.
07.23 pm – Went to Tak Fok Hong Kong seafood for dinner.
Delicious fried mantou.
Delicious pork.
Super delicious cheese crab.
Stir fried vegetables.
Stir fried mantis prawn.
09.23 pm – Went to IOI Mall’s GSC for a movie.
Sherlock Holmes. Best. I’d give it 8/10.
01.00 am – zzzzzzzzZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzz

Thats the SS2, PJ Pan Mee branch. Kayu Nasi Kandar is at the end lot.

I see. So Batu Road is in SS2. Kar Fei said that since I brought him to Penang’s original Kayu, he’s been getting his nasi kandar fix from that branch of Kayu in SS2. I wonder if it’s as nice.

Batu Road is in KL, where the HQ is at. Kayu is ok lah.
At the same row, you can get the Segambut Sea food noodles. Recommended.
