She ordered a bukhara chicken briyani while I had
Asian fried rice chicken satay under the recommendation of Tareq, AirAsia’s most friendly and helpful flight attendant that I have ever come across.
Vivian’s bukhara briyani arrived.
It looks good on the menu and it looks good in real life but it tastes like shit. What a waste of RM9.
My chicken rice arrived.
It doesn’t look good in the menu and it doesn’t look good in real life but this is the MOST DELICIOUS meal in AirAsia’s 2010 menu.
Had a cup of green tea because it is the most value for money drink you can ever have on board. Why? Because it is healthy and bottomless as you can keep refilling hot water.
03.01 pm – My mouth was feeling itchy and I decided to try out AirAsia’s Krispy Kreme.
I was a bit skeptical about the freshness and texture of the doughnut at first.
The voucher which I gave Tareq as Krispy Kreme has yet to expand to Penang.
Delivered fresh daily. Oh yeah, and another thing is you don’t get to choose flavours. It’s all random.
Krispy Kreme peppermint stripes and white chocolate drizzle was damn good! It’s really, really delicious. No joke! It’s a must try! Must! Delicious!
04.30 pm – And then Vivian threw up upon landing in LCCT.
04.51 pm – Passed by AirAsia’s Baggage Enquiries section and found so many lost luggage hanging around.
05.12 pm – After collecting our luggage and checking out, we proceeded to check in
for our flight back to Penang.
Went into the departure gate right after that.
While waiting, Vivian was playing with her laptop while
I read the Malay Mail.
I was only like gone for 4 days and 8 churches got attacked. WTF?
08.41 pm – Arrived in Penang International Airport.
09.03 pm – Began unpacking. My most precious box of souvenir.
1 year’s supply of 8 different flavours of Indomie, direct from Indonesia. Best instant noodles in the world. It’s a fact.
Indomie Mi Goreng Pedas.
Indomie Mi Goreng.
Indomie Kari Ayam.
Indomie Mi Goreng Kriuuk Bawang. Kriuuk = extra spicy.
Indomie Mi Goreng Cakalang.
Indomie Mi Goreng Kriuuk Ayam.
Indomie Mi Goreng Kriuuk Pedas. The most hottest instant noodle I have ever tasted. I like!
Indomie Soto Mi.
A pair of small Bintang beer bottles and a mug from Warung Murni Kuta. Kasih pakcik & makcik!
The lava rocks.
Honey, chili and garlic roasted peanuts.
Bali coffee luwak.
The stolen pair of female and male luwak coffee seeds.
The pair of Quiksilver flip flops.
My passport that expires in April 2012 has
2 pair of Thai visas from Bangkok 2008, Bangkok 2009 and
an Indonesian visa from Bali 2010. Can’t wait to get my pair of Australian and Philippine visas soon.
11.58 pm – I missed Raffe. There wasn’t such a thing as nasi kandar in Bali.
Was craving so much for a plate of this.
01.00 am – zzzzzZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
