01.30 pm – Went to Leow Nam Seng,

located opposite the back side of the police headquarters along Trasnfer Road, for lunch.

Had lady’s fingers fried with chilli,

scrambled eggs with preserved radish,

coagulated pork blood,

pork belly in soy sauce,

tofu egg,

pork stomach in soy sauce,

eggs in soy sauce and of course

porridge.

~yum.

02.00 pm – Vinny went shopping around Prangin Mall while my ass had a talk with the clean toilet bowl

at the nearby Trader’s Hotel.

03.30 pm – Collected our tickets for Ong Bak 2.

Bought a packet of chuka tako chumaki and

mcflurry oreo.

05.00 pm – Ong Bak 2. Encountered assholes who wouldn’t stop talking loudly. Both of them even threatened to start a fight when they were reminded to keep their voices down.

ong bak 2

FC Rating : (Couldn’t pay attention cause of the assholes)

08.00 pm – Had dinner at Anson Park Seafood Corner for the first time. I’ve passed this place along Burmah Road several times before, but never had the chance to try out their food.

We ordered pork ribs,

sapo tofu,

stir fried potato leaves and

boiling hot curry fish for

dinner. It was good food.

09.30 pm – Went over to Penang Swimming Club for a walk as it wasn’t gathering time yet.

10.00 pm – Went over to Tanjung Bungah’s Horizon Towers

to fight for the last time, I think.

03.00 am – zzzzzzzzZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

08.30 pm – Went for a jog around

botanical gardens with Dad and Mum.

The air was fresh and the sky was bright.

Friday started on a good note.

10.00 am – Went over to Kafe Evergreen for

breakfast.

Koay teow th’ng.

10.30 am – After that we went over to Wisma Great Eastern to

do some insurance stuff

involving PCJ.

Renewed PCJ’s road tax at

Jelutong’s post office.

I went in,

pressed B and

found myself 7th in line and when my turn came, I was told that I had to renew PCJ’s road tax at JPJ’s office at Batu Uban.

12.00 pm – And so I went to Batu Uban only to find that

it was closed

for lunch break.

Next, I went over to Batu Lanchang’s CIMB to do some banking.

02.00 pm – Went to Norman’s

for a plate of nasi Melayu.

03.00 pm – Went back to Batu Uban and

found myself 64th in line. That’s the difference between renewing your road tax at the post office and at the JPJ office.

As a token of appreciation to Nasi Kandar Fantasi, located just beside the JPJ office, for letting me use their toilet for free,

I bought a piece of banana and

20 cents worth of Hacks sweets.

03.30 pm – Not only did I get my road tax renewed,

I found it. The road tax windshield sticker that I have been looking for for so long. Unavailable in all the leading bookstores in Penang. Sold here. 1 for RM1.

I bought 4 pieces.

06.30 pm – Played with Py.

08.00 pm – Went over to Sungai Ara for Gee How’s mini party.

We had delicious fried chicken wings,

fish crackers and

steamboat.

It sure did look

healthy to me.

11.30 pm – Hung out with buddies at SOHO Free House, UPR.

03.00 am – zzzzzzzzZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

08.30 pm – Woke up to a glass of soy bean milk and

tuna sandwich.

11.00 am – Dad brought Mom and I for breakfast at Carnavon Street market’s noodle soup / curry mee stall

located somewhere at the outer middle part

of the market.

My bowl of noodle soup.

12.30 pm – Wasn’t feeling really well. Spent the whole day sleeping.

07.00 pm – Hopped on over to Tanjung Bungah’s Sri Ananda Bahwan for a change of environment.

It’s a branch off the main one in town, located exactly opposite Sandy Bay Paradise Hotel.

The environment of this branch looks more pleasing to the eye compared to the one in town. You get to sit in mini personal huts and

see managers scooping out dirt from the fountain bed.

Surprisingly, the price of the items here is the same as the main one in town.

A good example is the common banana leaf vegetarian meal.

Ordered a mango lassi,

a fragrant rice phonggol and

a piece of garlic naan which by the way goes very well with all the three dips provided.
