08.30 am – Woke up. Had breakfast. The usual 5 egg whites, 2 slices of bread with peanut butter spread and my cup of oats + milk.
09.30 am – I felt agitated and tulan cause I felt that my hair was too long. So I went to get myself a new haircut.
~fuh.. I like my hair MOST when it’s wet.
10.30 am – Found out that my friend, Meliss Tjen passed away 2 days ago from Facebook. She met with an accident on Friday night and it took her life away.
RIP, Mel.
11.00 am – Called Boon Keat and had a nice long chat with him. Caught up with the things that has been happening in his life. Chatted with Chun Wei online in Yahoo Messenger. He’s now in US working and lunches have been totally awesome. That lucky bastard’s been having USD $5 lunches.
11.30 am – Watched my hero, Raja Petra, perform well in enemy territory. He attended RTM1′s BLOG program last Sunday at 8.30pm. I missed it cause I knew that it would be posted up in youtube. I was right. I found it broken up into 3 parts.
12.00 pm – Was bugged by a telemarketer. I was already half expecting it when the ID caller of my phone displayed ‘Anonymous’. Anyway, I picked up and she introduced herself as an insurance agent for AHA doing a promo for AirAsia customers who only bought tickets in the month of February and March. I was a bit skeptical as to how they got hold of my information such as my full name, phone number and address.
I had no chance to tell her that I’m not interested as she kept babbling about the benefits of the insurance plan and the privilege of me being included in their exclusive, selected list of customers. So she talked and talked for about 10-15 minutes before asking me to enroll myself by depositing in RM36 to them. Of course RM36 is nothing, but I still need to find out more about this thingy that they were talking about.
So I asked her for a website or a leaflet or maybe an AHA branch where I can find out more FIRST before committing myself to something that I am not really convinced about yet. She said that this was special and there’s nowhere else that I can find information about it. I cannot even call her back. She says that once she hangs up, that’s it. A bit suspicious right? I mean common sense will surely pull down the level of trust about the product once you hear about the difficulty and inability to contact them in the event that something goes wrong.
So I just said, sorry but I’m skeptical about it and I will not commit to something that sounds shady to me. Seems like the line convinced her that I really wasn’t ‘convinced’ by her marketing skills and so she said goodbye and hung up. *whew*

05.30 pm – Hiking with Daryl and Shawn. It rained when we were already half way down. So we had no choice but to run all the way to the car. However, it was a bucket full of fun.
08.00 pm – Gurney Plaza Food Court. Had Nasi Padprik again. It was too nice. Couldn’t control myself. So did Daryl. My guess is he’s going to try Maggi Goreng Tomyam next. Right, Daryl?
